In collaboration with the Tiramisù World Cup, the first-ever Tiramisù Challenge will take place on Saturday, December 5, featuring national teams competing against each other. The competition will see a maximum of eight national teams of 5 participants go head-to-head in preparing the iconic Italian dessert loved around the world.

Participation is open to anyone aged 18 or over (turning 18 by December 5, 2026) who is not a food service professional. A “food service professional” is defined as anyone who, within the last 2 years, has worked for at least 6 months, whether consecutive or not, in any role in a professional kitchen or pastry workshop. Support staff such as shop assistants, waiters and bartenders are not considered food service professionals. Anyone who has started and currently runs a home food business is considered a professional. Anyone who has attended a hospitality or culinary school, or similar educational program, is not considered a professional solely on that basis.

Once registration closes, participants will be confirmed based on the order in which applications were received, with priority given to completing teams of different nationalities. If the maximum number of teams is not reached, additional teams from nationalities already represented may be accepted. The entry fee is €15.00 per participant, and 100% of the entry fees collected will be donated to the Casa Maria Adelaide Association in Vidor (TV).
