Participant's liability
The registrant is responsible for the ownership and custody of their race bib, the presentation of which guarantees the right to use all the services mentioned in this regulation and subsequently communicated.
Anyone participating without a bib, without proper registration, besides being held responsible for damages to persons or property, including themselves, may be subject to criminal penalties provided for the offense of โtheftโ (Art. 524. c.p.).
Anyone participating with a counterfeit bib or one not conforming to the assignment, or with someone elseโs bib, in addition to being responsible as indicated above, may be subject to criminal penalties provided for the offense of โtheftโ (Art. 524 c.p.), or alternatively, for the offense of fraud (Art. 540 c.p.).
In cases 1) and 2), participants may be subject to sanctions provided for the offense of โnon-compliance with Authority measuresโ (Art. 550 c.p.). The aforementioned circumstances will be verified through photographic and/or video documentation.
Participation requirements
All participant must:
- be at least 18 years old at the date of the race ( 30th November 2024)
- have a medical certificate for competitive running (download) valid at the date of the race (30th November 2024)
Entry fees
- โฌ 85,00 from 12th July to 15th September 2024
- โฌ 90,00 from 16th September to 20th October 2024
- โฌ 95,00 from 21st October to 17th November 2024
- โฌ 100,00 from 18th November to 24th November 2024
REGISTRATIONS LIMIT: 300.
Sports clubs and organized groups will have 1 free registration every 10.

Race course
Mandatory equipment
All participants must have the following mandatory equipment that will be checked at the race (random inspection during the race and/or at the finish):
- Running pack to carry mandatory gear throughout the race
- water reserve (at least 0.5 liter)*
- personal cup (bottles or flasks are accepted)
- emergency whisltle
- smartphone with international roaming working in Italy, always on and with emergengy contact number saved
- A5 Trail Running shoes
- food reserve
- thermal blanket
- waterproof windbreaker (if requested by the organization due to weather conditions)
*Participants must be self-sufficient between the rest stops.
Recommended equipment
The following equipment is also recommended:
- winter clothes (running long pants, longsleeves or sleeve)*
- headlamp
- elastic bandage and/or first aid kit
- GPS
*Winter clothes can be switch to mandatory due to weather conditions.
Local food and wine refreshment points
The organization will provide refreshments at start/finish and along the race courses with both technical (e.g. supplements) and local food and wine products included in the registration fee.
Bib collection
Race bib can be collected at the Centro Polifunzionale in Capitello Square (Vidor, Treviso, Italy):
- Friday 29th November from 3.00 PM to 7.00 PM
- Saturday 30th November from 6.00 AM to 7.00 AM
Transfer
During the registration process it is possibile to reserve the pre-race transfer from the finish to the start area at an additional cost of 15,00โฌ. Race bib and race pack will be given directly on bus (only for registrations in compliance with the requested documents within 24th November 2024). The shuttle bus will depart at 6.00 AM from Piazza del Popolo in Vittorio Veneto (TV).
Race start and time limits
The 1st Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Ultra Trail starts at 7.30 AM from Vidor town hall at ca. 300m from the Race Office.
Time limit: 9 hours.
The finish line is in Piazza del Popolo in Vittorio Veneto (TV).
Time gates
Time gates are as follows:
- 25Km within 12.30 โ 5h 00โ
- 41Km within 15.15 โ 7h 45โ
Awards
The first 3 men and women will be awarded. There will be awards also for the first 3 men and women of every category.
Event schedule
Friday 29th November:
- From 3.00 PM to 7.00 PM: race bib collection
Saturday 30th November:
- From 6.00 AM to 7.00 AM: race bib collection
- 6.00 AM: shuttle bus from Vittorio Veneto to the race start
- 6.00 AM: Personal bags storage open
- 7.30 AM: Ultra Trail start
- 2.00 PM: Award ceremony
Personal Photos
The personal photo’s service will be provided by FotoEventi.
Entry fee refunds
Registration fees are not refundable. If a registered athlete is unable to participate in the event, the registration fee will not be reimbursed and the race pack will not be sent.
However, athletes who canโt take part to the 1st Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Ultra Trail for โobjective impossibility to participate due to injuryโ have the chance to transfer their registration fee to the 2025 event, by informing the organization of their impossibility within November 18th, 2024 and paying โฌ 10,00 as office service fee via bank transfer to:
