There is great excitement for the registrations opening for the Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Running Festival, which will take place on December 6th and 7th amidst the stunning Prosecco Hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Starting on February 8th, the registrations have been met with extraordinary enthusiasm, surpassing 500 participants in just two days.
These numbers reflect a true passion for the event: 52% of registrants are women, showcasing the eventโs strong appeal among female runners, while 63% are from abroad. Of the over 540 current registrants, more than 340 runners will come from 29 European countries (with Estonia, Poland, Austria, and Germany leading), as well as non-European countries like Australia and Canada, confirming the event as a major international draw, attracting athletes and running enthusiasts from all corners of the globe.
The Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Running Festival is not just a race but a full-fledged sports-tourism experience set in an iconic landscape. Along the four courses โUltra Trail 51Km, Marathon 42Km, Half Marathon 21Km, and Bollicina 10Kmโ participants will pass through the wineries, hills and vineyards that have shaped the history of Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG, immersed in a unique setting that blends sport, nature, culture, and local food & wine specialities.
